Upholstery Update 2026
Pilates Designs will be transitioning away from Spirit Millennium vinyl and moving forward with the newer and updated Boltaflex ColorGuard® vinyl as our primary upholstery offering.
ColorGuard offers an excellent combination of durability, performance, cleanability, and an updated selection of colors, making it a great fit for the demands of professional Pilates equipment and studios.
Many of our original Spirit Millennium colors have comparable ColorGuard alternatives, and we will transition those colors to their closest available counterparts (guide below). Spirit Millennium colors for which there is no suitable ColorGuard alternative may remain available.
To make the transition as easy as possible, updated upholstery thumbnails are now available across all Pilates Designs products, allowing customers to view the current color selections directly on each product page.
We are excited about this update and believe Boltaflex ColorGuard will provide an improved, modern upholstery option while maintaining the look, feel, and durability expected from Pilates Designs equipment.
Spirit Millennium → Boltaflex ColorGuard® Color Guide
As we transition to Boltaflex ColorGuard® vinyl, many of our longstanding Spirit Millennium colors have a closely comparable option within the new collection.
For customers looking to match previously purchased Pilates Designs equipment, or simply looking for a familiar color, the guide below shows our recommended ColorGuard replacement for each corresponding Spirit Millennium color.

These replacements have been selected as the closest available alternatives to our previous Spirit Millennium offerings. They should not be considered exact color matches, as differences in shade, tone, texture, and finish may exist between the two vinyl collections.
