Limited Warranty
This is the only warranty provided by Pilates Designs LLC and supersedes all other warranties, whether express or implied.
Pilates Designs LLC offers the following extended warranty to the original purchaser and destination of our products:
Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the duration of the warranty period described below. At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any defective product covered by our warranty, including return freight to you. Our warranty excludes normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or unauthorized repair, scratches to the finish, and tears or scratches in the upholstery.
- 2 Year Warranty on all reformers, cadillacs, and reformer combination units, chairs, and towers.
- 2 Year Warranty on all barrels and mats.
- 18 Month Warranty on all springs, wheels, clips, hooks and other parts designed to move during operation.

RETURNS POLICY
We stand behind our products and offer our clients complete support to resolve any issues of concern. If items arrive damaged or defective and cannot be restored to perfect working order by simple replacement of damaged components, we will accept them back at no charge to the client. Clients must obtain a return authorization certificate (RAC) and follow our instructions for shipping the item back to us. We will either replace the items at no cost to our clients or issue a full refund upon their preference.
Items returned to us for any other reason may be subject to a restocking fee of 40% of the original cost. In addition, the client is responsible for the return packing and shipping cost and must ensure that the items are not damaged during the return shipment to qualify for this refund. Orders canceled after production has started will result in a 40% restocking fee. Orders that have been placed but not put into our production queue (less than 24 hours) can be cancelled, and a refund can be issued (subject to up to a 3% processing fee).

At Pilates Designs LLC, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable.
